My sister and I stayed at your lovely hotel for two nights while in Victoria. Our room was on the 4th floor with a balcony facing the harbor. The beds were very comfortable (lots of pillows!) and we appreciated the small kitchenette area as well. We did leave the patio door open to cool our room in the evening, and used the fan so we were comfortable. Air conditioning would be a nice addition, but with a high of 65 during the day and much cooler in the evening, it wasn't necessary. Everything was clean and nicely appointed, the staff was very helpful and answered our questions as well as providing a map to help us located attractions. There was underground parking for our car (for a fee) which was very handy, and we were delighted to be close to the ferry and downtown. The hotel is so conveniently located and we walked to shops, Fisherman's Wharf, and restaurants during our stay there. Thank you for a lovely stay in your beautiful city!

Great staff as I was greeted by name when I arrived. This is my first time staying at this property. Breakfast staff were great also with a good variety of options for guests. The hotel is within walking distance of everything that you want to see and do. I walked every morning 2 kms before breakfast and was quite pleased. Great coffee all the time.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel and it was absolutely perfect. Great location, beautiful beds, very good breakfast included. The outdoor pool in the garden looked inviting but we didn't have enough time for a swim. The friendly staff will make you feel welcome. Stay here!

I will start off by saying I frequently stay in Best Westerns. The room I was given here has no cooling options. There is a small loud fan that does not distribute air and we are on ground floor. The only viable option to cool this room (the provided fan is a joke) is to open the patio door where anyone off the street can walk in to the room. The hotel doesn't a care about this safety issue, but were willing to move me up a floor for a fare increase. As I type this, a bunch of kids just skate boarded by my open balcony door, loud traffic continues to pass, and there are the is a group of people hanging out in the street by my patio door. This is the worst Best Western experience and i recommend everyone avoid it.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and enjoyed everything it had to offer. Our family utilized the gym, swimming pool, and the wonderful free breakfast. The staff are amazing and go out of their way to accommodate their guests. They even gave our baby daughter a lovely orca plush toy during checkin. The full kitchens in the rooms are also a nice touch as it makes travelling easier especially with little kids. Will definitely be staying here again during our next visit to Victoria.
