Great location- excellent walking distance to a lot of attractions and museums. The hotel is really well kept but it does feel dated. The staff have all been incredibly accomdating and extremely polite. The shuttle service is also great and convenient. Excellent bang for you buck. I would definitely stay here again if we're our this way visiting Victoria.

We bought a Mother's Day package from Black Ball Ferry and were treated to a great experience at the hotel. The fourth floor suite was spacious and well supplied. The extra touch of a sparkling beverage and chocolates was nice. We did not take advantage of the game room or billiard room but we had the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi to ourselves for an evening swim and soak. We look forward to our next visit.

My family has spend 2 days. We have enjoyed our vacation time. We feel like home. If we could visit Victoria next time, I want to come back here. Yes, they have non-smoking room. The most rooms have small kitchen and ware-cooks. You could enjoy cooking. This place is so close to Chinatown. You just spend 5 or 7 minutes for driving to there. I hope this place will be a good place for you to stay and visit Victoria B.C.

Situated near the harbor this hotel is ideally located. It has all facets to accommodate you during a short stay. The rooms are clean and even have a full kitchen in place for you to use. Though the in-house restaurant is also very good. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Loved the location, it is easily within walking distance of the ferry. Rooms were comfy and very homey. Loved all the downstairs rec rooms too! Overall, my family and I had a great time and would definitely consider staying again.
