This hotel has definitely exceeded our expectations. Rooms are very clean, updated. Beds are comfy. The hotel is located in a casino so the lobby and general areas tend to be busy. That bring said those areas are really nice. Special note about the staff here, namely Dexter. He is absolutely wonderful. Made our check in breezy and he was so so nice to my mom and I. The day after our check in we came back to the room to find a gift basket of snacks and drinks with a personalized note from him as he remembered what we were in town for. We thought this was great and not something we have ever gotten in a hotel before. Overall, very happy with our stay here, would recommend.

Attended a private wedding at this hotel and was delighted by the experience. A large banquet hall was provided for around 350 guests and the staff were friendly as well as attentive. The location of the hotel is convenient being near Highway 1 and there's ample parking available.

The hotel appears clean and has modern decor for its many rooms and amenities. I especially love the restaurants attached within the hotel, and the service is always excellent and warm. Although I did not stay at the hotel, it would be a lovely place to stay in Burnaby!

This hotel is a favorite. Their customer service is the 'Best of the Best'. I always feel like a welcome member of the family when I visit. They go beyond all expectations to make every visit special, and anticipate every need. Thanks to all the staff here who make my stay away from home feel like a second home.

I never got the chance to thank our front desk. SAM!! You were amazing and my now fiance and I would love to thank you for the beautiful card and for the maps! You made our stay at your hotel a better. It was an amazing stay, everything was clean and customer service is top notch!
