Stayed in this hotel in March. Very nice, clean with a good hot breakfast! Staff was friendly. We double checked the room upon check out but got home to realize my daughter had left her childhood stuffy in the bed. They were so helpful and mailed it back to us, my daughter was very appreciative! Thank you, would stay here again!

Hotel was good for an overnight stay. Had to leave early in the morning so I can't comment on the breakfast. Location is within walking distance of Royal Oak Sky Train station so easy to explore Vancouver from here.

Really nice really 4.5 if I could select. Attentive breakfast staff and a full BW breakfast nicely presented and tasty. Outstanding bed, and the usual desk, couch sitting area. Room is not small, right size. Desk staff is very good.

Easy to find on the main road (Kingsway). Shopping within a few blocks. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was plentiful with not only hot and cold options, but gluten free bread and muffins.

Great service, stayed for almost 4 weeks and was pleased with everything. Breakfast was also good with many options including eggs (scrambled and boiled), bacon/sausage, bread, croissants and other baked goodies, fruits, cereals, pancakes, waffles and of course coffee/tea/juice! Oh and there is underground parking for when it rains or snow.
