Great location, but lacing the typical amenities of a Holiday Inn Express. Parking is extremely limited, and difficult to access with a full size car. Sink drained slowly, which made activities like washing hands a chore. Wall HVAC made for wide swings in room temperature. Coffee is locked up outside breakfast hours, which is unique to any HIE I've visited. On the plus side, common areas were well decorated, clean, and appeared in good repair. Service was very good, and employees were kind.

All right, to start off my reservation went sideways due to some unforeseen issues with booking. The two gentlemen at the front desk, Pablo and Alan did an amazing job, I was agitated, they both kept cool heads and helped me solve the problems I had. Both of them are assets to this company and should be commended. Room is clean and orderly. Thank you again Pablo and Alan for your help.

My second time back at this establishment. Always love the great location of this HIE. It's practically part of the metropolis shopping mall. There is a linkway at level 2 to get across to the mall. Directly across from the skytrain station to bring you to downtown and many other places. Very convenient and it offers free parking for their guests. Friendly and helpful receptionist.

Location across the street from the metro line is great. Vancouver is a wonderful city but driving isn't much fun. There is an enormous multi level shopping mall next door, but you could actually miss it because the exterior looks like a bus depot and the signage is minimal. The hotel is a typical H.I.E. with decent rooms and breakfast. Only negative is the utterly worthless wifi.

Stayed here for the first time. Great location! Reasonable rates and free parking. Very close to the sky train and bus transportation. Rooms are nice.
