Overall Room was nice and hotel and restaurant had friendly staff. However we stayed 5 days and the pool was closed for one (the hottest day)and they closed down hot tub and pool early(before 10) on the other days, the official website says 11pm. After paying the price we paid and choosing this hotel ONLY because it had a pool, it was extremely disappointing. If I could afford multiple vacations a year this wouldn’t bother me so much but won’t be staying again due to the lack of predictability. Also the wifi does not work 90% of the time

This hotel is not the easiest to find, the entry is on a side road and the signage is covered by trees. The staff were helpful. I was there for a seminar that served breakfast and the food was good. The decor is updated and attractive. Didn't stay overnight so can't say about the guest rooms but the banquet rooms were nice.

We are staying in a recently renovated room. I have personally stayed at this hotel about 20 nights total on both business as well as family trips and romantic getaways. We love the location, the restaurant is amazing, and we especially enjoy how there's a sitting room (with a pull out bed) and a bedroom (both rooms have TV's). This is perfect during family trips as kid(s) and adults can watch something before bed separately. We don't have to go to bed as early as the kid(s) as there are 2 separate spaces. It has always been quiet in the rooms, with a mini fridge and microwave, comfy beds, and good wifi. The one negative is the perfume smell in the room after the cleaning staff is done in the room. If you are at all sensitive to perfume ask that they don't use anything with perfume. We will stay at this hotel again.

Loved loved this hotel. Easily accessible even if you are not driving like me. Ten minute walk to the nearby SkyTrain station which is only a 25 minute ride from Downtown Vancouver, superb location however not in the hustle and bustle of downtown if that’s what you prefer. Right next to a Tim Hortons and a Whole Foods supermarket, so food is always nearby, and hotel has its own restaurant which is pretty affordable and room service is quick. My room was a Queen with Jacuzzi bath and it was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Very spacious and nicely decorated - housekeeping also does a wonderful job. People at front desk are lovely and helpful - simply could not ask for a better hotel stay. When I return to Vancouver I am definitely staying here again!

First time visiting Vancouver. Myself, one family with hubby, newborn (2 months) and the bridal party decided to stay at this hotel while celebrating a stagette. Stayed here for 3 nights in 2 different rooms. If you want a room that smells like urine, or a door that isn't working properly you should definitely choose this place. Or if you're interested in another room with dirty towels with stains left in the sink, this is the place to be. The front desk (Patty) was not helpful and wasn't professional at all. 0 customer service provided. The "acting manager" (Ramy), was extremely rude and condescending. talking down to us when all we wanted were sanitary accommodations. The fact that he kept arguing with us and wouldn't even rectify the situation was infuriating. No, giving us coupons for breakfast in the morning will not help with the unsanitary conditions.
