Very poor customer service , very rude unprofessional poor management, manager seat inside doesn’t seem to care , seem like discriminate ,not value customers, new staff all the time , when I asked for previous agent I spoke to before , the check in lady said Pedro is new , refused to give me her name. I’m a travel agents , book for guests there few time because convenience location , but never again This afternoon construction going on outside near check in desk replacing floor tile , extremely noisy , can’t hear anything except drilling noise , not recommend for anyone at all .

Hotel aesthetically is nice including the lobby, breakfast room and interior courtyard garden. Rooms are very small but clean, mine had two double beds. No microwave oven in room. Bathroom was extremely tiny with only a stand up shower, no bathtub. Had problems with opening my door, their answer was to show me the trick to open it. Not resolve the issue. Overall, okay and would do in a pinch.

Not a good experience at all! Shower didn't drain very well so we stood in ankle deep water when we showered. Water temperature was not consistent in any way. Ants were all over the room. Glad we only booked one night!

I stayed in this Inn from 15th June to 22nd June 2018. Nice, simple suburban hotel.When I made my booking through Booking Com the Price coated was CAD 1714 and accordingly I confirmed my booking. On the date of my Check Out I was made to sign for CAD 2012.39 instead of CAD 1714 as quoted. I did not check this amount at the Check Out time but realized on my return to Delhi that I was overcharged. There is no E mail ID of the Hotel hence I could not contact them and resorting to write this review. Two weeks have passed but there is no response from the INN as to why they have over charged me for the room. There is no E mail address of the Inn where I can send my complaint.

My stay here was ok. The room, beds, and bathroom were all on the small side, the building is getting older so it seemed a bit shabby. It was hard keeping the hotel floor clean since the rooms open to the outside and there wasn't any carpet in the entrance to the room. There was a fridge but no microwave. There was no gym either. The breakfast was pretty meh too, but there's a McDonald's next door if you crave something warm.
