Service is good, rooms are nice. Never had a chance to go to any of the restaurants as they're not open late. Apparently you get a free massage but it was already past 8 when I checked in and it was closed. Water pressure in the shower was excellent and the air conditioning was working really well. It much else to say other than I slept good and the place was clean.

I cant say enough good things about my first experience at the Fig restaurant in this hotel. Omg! The food was amazing! The good is prepared by a very talented chef. The service was too notch and the live band playing made this evening a 5 star. Will definitely be back. Frances, the manager went above and beyond our expectations. Thanks

We stayed at this hotel for couple of nights and we can confidently recommend it. Location is convenient and quite. Frond desk are very helpful and they go the extra mile to accommodate your needs if you have any. When it comes to rooms cleanliness we have no complaints and entire hotel is neat and well managed. Also there is secure parking if that is something you need. I removed one star only because of some IT/email issue I beleive as I requested a soft copy of my receipts multiple times and they mentioned that they sent it but I never received them although I provided 2 different emails. So make sure to have hard copy of your receipts when checking out.

Hotel is old but still okay for the location. Prices could be better but it's Burnaby. Left of the entrance is their own restaurant. Didn't like their options or ambiance so I never bothered eating there. The venue for parties or meetings is fairly large fitting 150 people comfortably or 200 packed which is a box with dark walls a stage at centre and no natural light but it has 2 grand doors going into it from the corridor. Bathrooms are clean. Hotel rooms are fine and some come furnished with basic furniture and you could get a balcony suit with a view looking over towards back hills of new Westminster. It's okay. Foggy Dew bar is next to it so you may hear some quick hook up's happening in your surrounding rooms.

Nice and clean, great big windows with a nice view. Great pool area with stream room and fitness center. Staff was helpful and polite.
