They refused to host child and they put that in hidden policy that you have to search. it must be clear at the beginning of reservation. The staff is rude, they was smiling while refusing to enter the house and I slept night with my child in car. They did not respect kids rights or health, they care only with money. Very rude behavior.

What a great place for me and my daughter to stay for two nights. Exceptionally clean and Marina, the owner was very hospitable. Do go if it's just two of you. It's not a place for couples to go crazy but is more of a quiet, relaxing beautiful home that Marina shares. We had a queen size bed with our own bath. It was perfect for our first trip to BC. Thank you Marina. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. Our host recommended a sushi place (California Sushi) for dinner and it was terrific as well. We easily were able to navigate from here to the touristy things we wanted to do in Vancouver. Thank you again. We hope to return soon!

This was a bad rental. No air conditioning room was way hot. It faced the street all we could do is hear cars all night. No sleep. When I asked for an iron she's like are you I going to an event. I'm like no. I like to look good thanks I do not recommend you to stay hear.

I would love to give this place less than 0 stars. The landlords are horrible people. PLEASE PLEASE! dont rent this apartment. You will regret this place. Dont even stay here for a night. They are heartless people. Worst experience in my life. They will act all nice but they are not at all. They will "stab" you when you will ask for their help. I would never ever suggest this place to anyone. Please even if you cant find anywhere else, just dont come here. I wish I had read the reviews before and I wouldnt have caused myself emotional harm and torture. WORST LANDLORDS EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!

My parents had the most horrifying (terrifying) experience ever. My mother had to call the police because she was frightened. The owner of the place yelled at my mother who was complaining of the things, such as not being able to stay at the place in the day time and must leave the house and come back at night time. She made the reservation directly to the owner by calling out of an ad and wasn't informed of this and a lot of other things before the check-in. He also SWORE aggressively and yelled he will kill his wife when she tried to stop him. My mother, in the midst of all that, recorded all this. I wish google review had a function to post recordings.. My parents paid 300 dollars in advance (they were planning to stay there for 6 days 5 nights) and it was 90 dollars per night. This happened the first morning. They didn't give any refund and demanded my parents out of their property when the police came. The police said they can't help my parents get the money back and would have to file it as a small claim. Meanwhile my parents couldn't stay at the guesthouse even for the time they paid for because guesthouses are technically private homes. They "the guesthouse owners" made it clear they have no intention to apologize. And it is sad that writing review is the only thing I could do. These folks shouldn't be doing accommodation business.
