A tidy hotel, 30 mins from Vancouver airport. Our room was not overly big but was functional. Good coffee machine but I needed to get milk from the restaurant for our coffees. Our room was just above the Best Western lighted sign which caused excess light during the night. Black out curtains didn't quite do the job. Staff were polite and helpful. Great Italian restaurant attached to the hotel - food there was an unexpected delight.

Our 5 night stay was comfortable. The room was clean. There was some renovation work being done in the main lobby but this did not affect the attentive staff.....who were very helpful in giving us info about the city and what to do (even in the rain). If you have a car make sure it's a small one as the parking spaces are pretty tight. A discount voucher for the restaurant attached would have been nice. All in all we would probably use this hotel again.

A relative was in town and stayed at the Best Western I stopped in to visit. Room was very nice, well appointed, very clean and tastefully decorated as were all the common areas that I passed through. My relative was very pleased with the accommodation and said they would stay there again next time in town.

The hotel was in an excellent location for us. The service of the hotel was also excellent. Our room was good. I liked that fact that they gave us two sizes of pillows to choose from. It had secure underground parking. We had a wonderful dinner and Sunday morning breakfast, however they were understaffed for our Saturday breakfast, so the service was slow. Overall we will stay here again and would recommend this hotel.

Room was clean, beds were comfy. Even though there was construction happening, it was very very quiet. Secure Underground Parking was a plus as we had a full car load of things and we didn't have to unpack the whole car and lug it all the way up to our room. I would recommend
