It is the most terrible experience in my life! Will never come to this hotel again!!! Had a reservation for two days ($83/day). Since my travel plan changed, I called the hotel asking for an extra night. When we arrived, the front clerk worked on the new payment with additional $83 plus tax plus deposit. When we got back to the hotel in the evening, the boss of the hotel stopped me saying the payment for the extra night is $199, not $83. I told him nobody told me the increased rent for the extra night and the front clerk did what she usually does. The boss played the same trick as many other reviewers wrote. He told me he heard the phone conversation when I called in for the extra night and already told me the rate is $199. What a joke? If you charge me $199, I will not change my reservation and will definitely look for a $199 hotel room. The boss told us you can leave if expensive. It is dark and my sick parents-in-laws are with us. I reluctantly accepted the extra $199/night for two room, which costs me $398 extra. What an idiot and liar! I hope people will see my review. Also, please do your research before any booking!!!

The hotel itself was decent, other than the rock hard beds. Service on the other hand was horrible. My husband went to check in and the woman at the front desk completely ignored him. I was using hotel points and they still charged me for the room, no not the damage deposit but for my stay. When I called the hotel 2 days later upon seeing the charge I was informed that I didn’t have enough points and I had to pay it. They refused to do anything or explain why I was charged. I called Wyndham customer service and spoke to them they called the hotel and corrected the issue. Overall unless I had no other choice I wouldn’t bother to stay here again.

Great stay. Wish the bathroom was a little bit more spacious. I personally dont like it when there isn't a place to wash your hands directly in the bathroom. Having the sink set up right outside of it wasn't bad and kinda made it look nice; but its different. Service was great and the beds were comfy. Didn't use the TV or have any breakfast so I don't want to comment on those things. Also conveniently a 5ish minute walk from the Sky-Train.

WORST EXPERIENCE in my life! STAY AWAY from this DUMP! They charged my debit card $250 deposit which was fine (realized I only had my Apple Pay at the time but they had never heard of that before) then for some reason, the lady at the counter told me she was gonna charge me for one night as well (was booked for two) as a “measure of precaution” but then she charged me for both nights UPFRONT stating it was their policy (which of course is a complete LIE!). She then made a photocopy of my driver’s license, really??? I just paid you in full!!! Got into (201) a dark, musty smelly room with a terrible view of some kind of dumpster / homeless camp / broken down trucks’ yard… looked very UNSAFE. Dropped my bags and left for the day. Came back at night, got into bed after a long exhausting day only to wake-up an hour later covered in BED BUG BITES EVERYWHERE!!! Bugs crawling all over the bed, I trapped a few of them under paper cups and called the desk. A very uninterested man comes up, takes photos of the bugs and tells me unapologetically that “BAD GUEST” bring the bugs here and that it’s not the hotel’s fault. He dumps a new room key on the table and says to me that he has no authority to give me a refund (after I told him that I was moving to a different hotel) and that I would have to wait for the manager to come in at 7am. At 3am there was no ways I was going to leave my money behind (over $500) and come back the next day to get a refund, so I stayed. The next room (301) wasn’t any better. Huge SWEAT STAINS on the pillow case with a strong smell of men’s cologne, the sink wouldn’t drain and to make things even worst, this incredibly rude clerk told me that they had no change and that I was not allowed to use the laundry this late for washing my bug infested clothes… really??? I have bugs in my bed and you’re worried about making noise for other guests? Next thing, no one calls me at 7am (as requested)! I come down to the desk and ask for my refund. They tried to trick me into believing I was being refunded all my money when in fact all they gave me back was my deposit. Mind you at this point no one has apologized for my inconvenience. I complained about my whole day being ruined and this woman at the desk had the nerve to tell me that it was my choice, I could have gone to my scheduled appointments (with my luggage, my bug infested clothes and body covered in bites) AND THEN COME BACK to this dumpster to get my refund!!! I cannot believe she could suggest something so idiotic! I asked her if it was more important for her to keep my money than to get a bad review online, to which she replied: " Do what you want, I don't care about bad reviews!" Clearly she doesn't care about customers (or a salary) either. Might as well have been talking to a wall… then comes out a scruffy-looking manager who doesn’t introduce himself and right away starts yelling at me “NO REFUND, NO REFUND! You should have check-out last night!” He called me a liar, claiming that he heard the whole conversation between myself and the clerk at 3am and that I never asked for a refund. But wait… I was told I couldn’t get a refund because the manager wasn’t there!!! So WHO’S LYING NOW??? These clowns have no idea about running a hotel (or motel or whatever you call this dump). I cannot believe that DAYS INN and WYNDHAM HOTELS would keep them under their company's umbrella. I’ve never ever been treated so poorly in my whole life. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! MOST IGNORANT AND INCOMPETENT STAFF! I'm embarrassed for having stayed there… I wish I had done my research. If you’re trying to save a buck by staying here… THINK AGAIN! They ended-up costing me more money, time and energy. Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere! Pay a little more and have peace of mind!!! Trust me!

Was down for work and boss had pre booked my room but found out it was only a single queen for two work guys. Since it was booked on Expedia it was near impossible to change but the guy at the front was way more then helpful. He hooked us up with two queen bed rooms for basically same cost. Rooms were very clean and was a nice little hotel in Surrey. Highly recommend and would stay again!!
