The bed is comfortable enough. That's it. That is the only positive thing I have to say. For close to $400/night, this hotel is an embarrassment. The rooms are beyond tiny. The bathroom is designed with the vanity having a sharp edge and so little space to walk by that you have to creep by or end up with a bruise and a bit very interesting story. The TV didn't work. When I asked to have it fixed I was told to unplug it and plug it back in. (I actually tried this, it didn't work.) I again asked to have it fixed and it was "noted for the manager". It never worked. One of the lamps in the already dimly lit room didn't work. I told the front desk about this as well. It was "noted". The window in the bathroom sits at an odd slant, partially open, unable to move. The window looks out on a wall, giving no light to our dimly lit chamber. While showering, you must listen for the pipes to whistle. When you hear it, step back, the water is about to go ice cold. A minute later the heat returns. It's like showering in the reverse fire swamp. But... The bed is comfortable enough. Stay somewhere else.

Clean comfortable bed. Shower has hot water. Building is a bit run down. Sliding mirror closet doors do not work well. Ceiling has stains on it. Sprinkler lines on ceiling are very dusty. Shower grout could use some bleach. Helpful friendly staff. Great location. Free daily pass to local Health Club!

Perfect location as the hotel is only 3 blocks from the ship terminal. The rooms are extra small...the rates are high for such budget accommodations, but location is perfect. Definitely temper your expectations!

Got a good rate for an overnight stay. No reservation, just arrived in town and need a room. Comfortable enough room, though very small. Bed was nice. Shower was a phone booth and anyone taller than 5'7 will struggle

Toilet doesn't flush properly. Sink didn't drain properly. Toilet had stains on lid that looked like feces. Brought it to attention of Housekeeping whom informed maintenance, but he refused to change it, as per Housekeeping suggestion. Hot and cold in shower is backwards. Wasn't offered diamond member services, or given when asked. No microwave in room. Room is very small. Not what I expected from a Wyndham property. I did read the reviews, but thought I'd give it a try. Apparently in downtown Vancouver you need to spend 400 a night to get a decent room. Also, walls are very thin. You can hear everything in the adjoining rooms. Was my first real getaway with my wife in almost twenty years. Really disappointed. Next time will stay out of the core, and drive in. The staff were good though. At least Housekeeping and front desk staff were friendly. Maintenance guy just spoke to Housekeeping person in another language, but didn't acknowledge us at all.
