Good stay with great attentive staff. It's quite obviously an older hotel that has been renovated quite nicely. The access to many of the rooms is strange with little half flights of stairs to be traversed after the lifts. Location is quite good although we haven't yet explored enough to know whether all of Vancouver is peppered with a fairly large proportion of unstable people in the streets or if it's just around the hotel. Hotel restaurant is about half the size it needs to be and looks like a small Cafe. Breakfast on the weekend had a 20min wait so we skipped our and tested out a few of the local cars of which they're are plenty. Overall a good experience and priced well.

I went to Holiday Inn for a social event. This staff there were extremely kind to us all. The doormen had big smiles and are eager to help. We used the Georgia Room for our event and it was clean to use. Thank you for your hospitality Holiday Inn! :)

Located in downtown this hotel is a good place for a short (business) visit. It offers a conference room, indoor swimming pool, restaurant, bar, etc. Rooms are spacious and have all modern facilities in place for a comfort stay. They even have an ironing bar present. The overall cleanliness is good. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The room is clean but it's at the weird place. Our room is at 1st floor but you have to go up to 2nd floor and then walk to another building, take elevator (no stairs) to 1st floor. The night shift desk person is not nice at all. He threw the key to us without looking at us. When we asked him question, he ignored us. I wrote the complain to the manager but only replied one email and asked us if it's Asian. I replied and said no..... no more reply. In fact, Asian people who work there are really helpful.

Hosted an event in the Georgia Meeting Room with catering. Comfortable for an event for 30 to 60 people. Price is reasonable compared to other hotels with meeting rooms in the area. Staff frequently stepped in to remove used plates and cutlery. Room is contemporary and new. Would recommend.
