The bar a the the Astoria is a great dive. Cheap drinks, fast and friendly bartenders, great/live music and pinball, lots of room too. Astoria is a great spot.

Are you kidding me? This place is nothing more than a hangout for drug addicts and prostitutes. It's where Canada's most prolific serial killer found most of his victims. Anyone that gives this place a positive review obviously thinks drugs, prostitution and crime are okay.

Great for shows -- they occasionally host some real gems! Local music is kept alive by places like this. Did I mention the pool, pinball & cheap drinks? Oh yeah, there's that too.

Went with some friends to a music night with 4 bands playing. The staff were super friendly, the place was clean, drinks weren't over-priced, and there was nice airflow. Overall this was a great music venue; I would definitely recommend, and would definitely visit again.
