Although I’ve never rented a room here this would be my hotel if choice. They have a great coffee shop serving some pastries and sandwiches. There’s a courtyard upstairs with a ping pong table. It’s also a little hideaway to relax and enjoy a glass of wine without any city noise. The rooms look modern and affordable and the location can’t be beat!

The location was perfect. The rooms were clean well furnished and comfortable. The bed was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the common areas were very nice and welcoming. The room was very loud. I would highly recommend bringing earplugs but I would not let that stop me from staying at this hotel.

I’d definitely stay here again. The nespresso machine in the room is great. The bathroom was neat and clean. The bed was comfortable. Lots of storage. Perfect for a quick trip to Vancouver. Very cool building too.

Staff that goes above and beyond! I enjoyed the courtyard and modern dog friendly rooms so much that I booked an additional night using a third party website. Unfortunately The Burrard had already been fully booked. Despite this, the third-party site sent me a confirmation email and I canceled a booking in another area of Vancouver. Staff at the Burrard called to notify me and when I explained my predicament they found and booked me a comparable room in a nearby hotel that was dog friendly, included parking, and was an identical rate (extremely reasonable). While I would have loved to stay at The Burrard for a second night, the accountability showed by hotel staff blew me away. I would not hesitate to recommend or book this hotel again!

Good location, within walking distance to many things, including the cruise ship terminal (however I don't recommend walking there if you have all your luggage as it is up hill all the way). The hotel was clean, newly updated with nice amenites. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions. Would definitely stay there again when we return to Vancouver.
