I was very disappointed!! Our room was incredibly dirty. Dust covered most surfaces including the top of the coffee maker! The shower had NOT been cleaned from the previous stay and had mud and HAIR on the shower walls!! Because of this I refused to eat at the restaurant as I could not imagine eating somewhere so unclean. Our sink was also plugged and would not drain! We were denied the use of a cot for our son as they said our room didn't qualify for one?! I know the Accent Inn is supposed to be an affordable option....but why do we have to sacrifice cleanliness for affordability?? We will NEVER stay here again!!

Seven minutes drive to airport. In Richmond close to numerous Chinese eateries. Laundry room $2 for wash machine and $2 for dryer. Rooms spacious, 2 Queens or 1 King. Bathroom clean with bath gel and shampoo. Towels plenty. TV with all channels, news, sports, kids, but no movies on demand. Parking plenty, easy find space. Reception fast efficient. Everything you need, for families, singles and couples.

I stayed here once about 2 years during a layover. The room was large, clean & spacious. Located in a quiet neighbourhood & not too far away from the Aberdeen centre/Sky Train station. Would be glad to stay here again next time when I visit Vancouver.

Its more of a motel than a hotel as the exit to the rooms lead outside. That said, the rooms had all the ameneties and more. Complimentary coffee grinder machine at the lobby and a free rubber ducky in the room. Comfy pillows. Great price. Also, only one elevator near the lobby. Might be a long walk to and from the car depending on where you park, if you are on a higher floor.

I have been to this Accent Inn for three time. The first time was a disappointment, As the room doesn't look half decent, got some "old" smell in it, and the house keeping wasn't doing a good job either. This time we had to pick this Inn again as this trip was a short notice and all other reasonable prices Inn/hotal were all sold out. This time, it gave me an much better impression. The washroom has just been reconditioned. The smell is kind of gone now. The house keeper seems doing a much better job now. All these are why I am giving this Inn a 4 star now.
