The outside doesn't look like much and I was wondering what we'd be getting. Once we went inside the desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable. There is a White Spot on site which we found convenient. We were staying as our little one had an early morning appointment at BC Children's Hospital for the next day. The hotel is a short easy drive to the hospital. I would stay there again.

Had a one night stay at the hotel. It was very nice. We ate breakfast in the morning at the restaurant attached to the hotel. Breakfast was great. The desk folks were very helpful to us. Helped us getting a taxi and answered all our questions

Great place to rest while we waited for our cruise the following day! Loved that it was near a breakfast place, but not near many other attractions. Cabs weren't too pricey and there's a bus stop right outside the main entrance (we took a cab though since we didn't have much time to visit). The concierge is very helpful too.

Comfy bed, on site restaurant and poorly stocked bar. Our toilet didn't didn't work properly and we were forced to use the lobby bathroom. No maintenance people were available. Parking is $14 a night in a sketchy unlit lot that is not very close to the hotel entrance. My wife has mobility issues and there was no assistance. Hotel staff weren't particularly friendly or helpful. VERY congested traffic between the hotel and anywhere.

The reason I chose this hotel because of the price with the breakfast included compared to other hotels. However, I am disappointed on the complementary breakfast. I was not expecting a $30 food and beverage voucher for white spot and we are a family of 3 so it's $10 per person. I paid $8 more, i know it sounds cheap price but it would be nice if it this information was included in your ad or you informed your guest when the booked was confirmed. If I would have known, it is cheaper to get only the room and I will pay for our breakfast. Or if there is only a menu for hotel guests only complementary breakfast menu... For the location, it is a great location to YVR..
