The location is simply fabulous. That's the best part. The lodging itself is basic, dated, and not too well maintained. Staff are friendly. So if you're not too fussy and want s great location by the park and beach and s ton of great restaurants, this is a great cheap way to do it.

this place is super cute, located in a great location, comes with parking, and its own kitchenette. Sure it's a bit old, but who cares? This place is charming and so is the staff. And that's all that matters. I will be staying here again for sure and I encourage anyone who has any doubts to stop by and take a look.

The found the location to be good. The beach is a 3 mins walk. There are a lot if restaurants on the road, and I believe there are two restaurants on the same building. One of them opens till late. The room is spacious, and was better than I expected the room I got had a kitchen with the basic cooking utensils available. The road outside was quite at night.

The beds are of good quality. Perfect location. Besides that most furniture is quite old.

Great little spot. Amazing ocean view and right downtown. No amenities but easy underground parking. Walking distance to everything. Rooms are older but very clean. Affordable rates. I would definitely go back and recommend.
