The good: The rooms were nice and big. We had partial oceans view. Free coffee pods was nice. Available kettle and fridge was handy to make hot water and keep food and drinks cold. The washroom was a nice modern feel and very clean. Very convenient location and walkable distance to lots of great restaurants. The bad: The elevators were slow and small. They should adjust the timing of the elevators for rush hour time in the morning. Lots of people were carrying their luggage to checked out and had to wait for the next one.

Nice hotel. Staff is very nice, knowledgeable. Small refrigerator, Keurig in the room, good coffee, no microwave. Nice beds. Good restaurants across the street. Casual dining. Starbucks, Tim Norton almost next door.

A very comfortable hotel. Huge clean rooms that are extremely well appointed. Very helpful staff, located on the Hop on hop off sightseeing route and near many eateries.

This hotel is clean, modern, and centrally situated in downtown Vancouver! Suitable for families and couples. The hotel has done a great job with the renovations. They are very eco-friendly (shampoo and soap dispensers, glass tumblers, and plenty of options to wash or not wash towels/ change linens). The beds are super comfy, and the showers have great water pressure. Slippers, decaf coffee and tea options are available upon request. Check in and out was a breeze. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Would definitely be returning here next time we are in Vancouver.

Modern hotel in town. Bus stop outside. Room decor comfortable. Large shower. I'm told every room is on a corner. We had a great view of Vancouver Harbor. We disembarked our ship early. We didn't expect our room to be ready, but surprisingly, we were shown our room. Small refrigerator, coffee maker, tea pot in room. Nice restaurant open early to 8pm. Many different Asian restaurants across the street, as well as, gelato. Fairmont, Vancouver was walkable, were we went for a great "Queens Tea". So many things to do near this hotel. A definite place to stay. Minus 1 star. No concierge. The front desk answers questions, but I felt like I was interrupt the business of the hotel.
