Hotel was basic but had everything we needed. We had a car so drove but was not walking distance to anywhere really except the hospital. The Market cafe attached was also basic for breakfast and burgers etc. We enjoyed our stay in Vancouver but would prefer somewhere more central next time.

It is only a three star hotel, so is older and shows its age. However, the room was very clean, had a fridge, microwave, coffeepot. Everything I used, worked. It had a good work space for the laptop. The air system kept it comfortable. The room was quiet. The bed was very nice. The tub drained quickly. The soap, shampoo etc. we're nice. Theocation was good for my requirements.

The Market Cafe with in the Park Inn is great place to eat. We got in at 8:30 pm and the place was empty but the staff was very friendly and helpful. The Ceasar Salad was a great choice. The rooms are comfortable. Not huge but clean and neat. The balcony looking toward downtown Vancouver is nice for evening sitting if you like the sights and sounds of the city.

Very satisfied with our 3 night stay. Friendly staff. Clean room. Great view. Will stay again!

In a room on the first floor, so experiences may vary floor to floor, but the walls are very thin, so I can hear everything on the streets and in the halls (I'm by the elevator so it's a special kind of suffering). The room itself is comfortable, though. The bed is super comfortable... but there aren't many plugs and the bathroom is tiny.
