The only thing good about our stay was it was short. First the TV didn't work the wires were hanging out and not contacted. The gentleman from front desk was friendly fixed TV. Then we went to the lounge being that no one was there but us you would think it would have been clean. Friday night 7 pm there were scares of food and peanuts all over the floor. We even had a coil guitar string on our table that had not been wiped down from the night before. We were informed they had a open mic and jam session. Hmm my thought what stop you from cleaning up. We went back to our room and try to order room service but of course the phone didn't work. So we went to the restaurant. Where the server seem lost in space. The place was half full the back half and she couldn't decided where to sit us. When she finally did she didn't even ask if we want a drink. The food was so bad we couldn't eat it. The another server drop red wine on the table next to us getting everything wet around. There response was good thing you not wearing white. Took the cloth from wiping table to wipe floor and then put back on to serving tray. Not once we're we asked if we wanted a drink with our meal or even how it was. Very bad service.

Poco In and suites was a great fit for us. It was the closest hotel to the venue we were getting married at. They allowed us to park are car there early as well as check in early.

Very cozy place. You can walk in with jeans and not feel out of place. Excellent service and close to lots of amenities.

Our out of town guests stayed here for 2 nights to attend our son's wedding at Westwood Plateau. The groomsmen and groom also were there. The location was convenient and the shuttle service was awesome. They even made an exception and picked up at 1am. Excellent service. Thank you!!!

Had a day course in the conference room. Breakfast served. Eggs and sausage were quite good. Coffee was not great. It was better before.
