Great hotel, we stayed here twice and the airport shuttle service was so convenient. The staff were friendly and had great suggestions for sightseeing. Breakfast provided a good selection to start the day and coffee available 24 hrs in lobby.

Recently remodeled (ca. 2017), this location is beautiful and clean. Rooms have modern touches such as USB ports and indirect lighting. Wiping the surfaces with a wet towel attests to the cleanliness. One of the best options for lodging in Vancouver. HIE, keep up the good work!

This is my favourite hotel ever!!! Honestly they are SO nice - and SO accommodating. The hotel itself has the best beds that you hate to get up!!! The bathrooms are perfect & the cosmetics are very nice as well. Lots of lovely towels! Have stayed there twice in the last 6 weeks and many times before..... it is just perfect for a Vancouver Airport layover.... shuttle service is always on time & the drivers are amazing. We’ll definitely be back!!

Easy check-in. Clean modern very nice room. Close to train station, easy to get downtown. Helpful staff. Shuttle to airport. Couldn't ask for more.

Location is adjacent to YVR...between a 5-10 minute drive depending on traffic. There is secure, gated parking on site. Costco is across the street, less than a minute walk away. Hotel aesthetic is basic, simple, minimal, sterile, safe. Rooms are standard Holiday Inn Express....comfortable and basic and clean, beds are soft and comfy, towels and linens are white and crisp. The doors slam. The elevator is ugly and sluggish. There is 'breakfast' in the morning, in the lobby. Its Sysco eggs and sausage and muffins....some people may like it and I say this without self-importance....it's not quality food, it's low quality food substitutes. Service and staff were helpful and friendly and easy going. We paid $279 for a last minute, same night booking. That was on par with all similar hotels we looked at. If it wasn't July in Vancouver, I would feel ripped off for price to value. This is a $79-$129 hotel, in my opinion. Would not stay here again.
