Always a relaxing stay. Park the car, go for a walk along the waterfront. There are services strips away, get a bottle of wine for the balcony. The room has proper glassware, not heavy industrial glasses, but true delicate bar ware for both mixed and wine. Enjoy the sunset!

Great rooms and service. Sav and Abdul are always helpful at the front desk. It is always a pleasure when we stay here. The new breakfast room is great. We look forward to the new updates and we will definitely stay here

This review is related to their conference services. Was here 3 days for a work training conference. Did not stay here but we were catered breakfast and lunch. My conference organizer forgot to provide my food allergy info to the catering staff. Rather than making me feel awkward, they quickly sprung into action and provided me with a fantastic substitute, their amazing seafood chowder! Then each day they had egg-free choices that were thoughtful and delicious. Most of the time when this happens you just get salad over and over. Very impressed with their food and customer service. Highly recommend using their facilities for meetings/conferences.

It was a wonderful visit. Had some confusion finding parking but we figured it out pretty easily. The lobby is very nice and updated, and the staff were very kind and efficient. The hotel itself seems a little on the older side, but our room was very clean and updated nicely. The view of the water was just wonderful! We even left the door open for a little while before bed to listen to the water. I would definitely recommend staying at the Quey. :)

Very good staff. Clean rooms, nice facilities - great location. Their bathrobes rival those at much pricier hotels. This location is within very close walking distance to several good restaurants and a mall that also has good restaurants and various fun shops. The location is right by the water so you have a room facing the water, it's lovely to see the ships at night time. The rooms are spacious and they offer night time service. I would happily stay at the Inn At The Quay when visiting Vancouver since it's a short subway ride to downtown Vancouver and located within a charming suburb.
