I stayed at this hotel for almost one month. I must say I was grateful that they were pet friendly. That by itself was big plus . Sean the shift manager always gave us a warm reception and always had a little treat for my dog. Service in general was good . The location is great , you are walking distance to mall , library and recreation centre. I would have given them higher rating but the underground entrance had a loose metal plates so it would make this horrendous noise every time a car would enter or exit the underground. So it made sleeping difficult. Also the email service did not meet my needs.

Easily the worst hotel experience we have ever had. Sheets and blankets smelled musty/old and had stains on them. Other bed's blanket had a hole in it. Bathroom wall had a wad of hair stuck on it left by previous guests. We went to the front desk the next morning after we checked in and explained the state of the room. Front desk ensured that they would do a thorough cleaning and switch the sheets. We came back later that night to the literal same sheets and same disgusting wad of hair. The only thing that changed was that our beds were made. What's the use of being a three star hotel if your idea of a thorough cleaning is making a bed look nice? We called the front desk and angrily complained. Their response was to come up to our room, hand us a single set of just sheets, and leave. Terrible room quality, terrible service, terrible experience.

Convenient location with nearby shopping and access to public transit. Suites are well set up with full kitchens and basic cooking utensils. However, decor and furniture is dated. Good restaurant but no swimming pool or gym. Free coffee, baking, and fruit for breakfast available in the lobby. Very friendly staff.

We stayed here for a soccer tournament. The rooms are incredibly huge with kitchens. We were able to do in room laundry and entertain other parents without being on top of each other . Service was awesome and I would recommend this place to anyone. Would stay here again in a second

I was here for three weeks for a contract: The room was great, kitchen with a dish washer, washer dryer combo, and a good sized tub! Parking is underground and behind a floor to ceiling security gate. All in all perfect for my needs!
