Very nice place. Fast check-in, very helpful staff. Clean nicely prepared unit.

We arrived late, the resort was very accommodating. The security guard checked us in. The 4 star was because the guard left out a couple of details so we had to go back to the front desk the next day. But it was not a big deal.

The rooms are pretty spacious and the kitchens were complete with all that anyone would need to cook. We were able to visit a few places around this place easily as the location was in the middle of everything in that area. I noticed that there is alot of lawn area around the building so I wish they had turned some of that area into more family friendly activity of some sort. maybe picnic tables with grills, maybe lawn bowling, etc.. would be even more awesome!

Checkin staff were very nice. Only one person on checkin so had to wait. Disappointed that the outdoor pool and waterpark was sold and not available. Also they had no toppers available for the hideabed.

This place deserves negative stars... They placed us in a 1950’s trash heep and told us we couldn’t change rooms because we booked through RCI. Everything that could be wrong with a room was wrong. The pull out couch was ripped, had stained sheets, was from the 1950’s, and was right next to a dusty, musty, dirt-filled window AC vent. I felt like laying in the bed for 5 seconds would give me lice. The TVs were big box TVs that should be thrown in the garbage can. The refrigerator was a white refrigerator turned yellow from its age and dirty surroundings and also was from the 1950’s. The room phone was also white turned yellow from the 1950’s. The radio was even older. Even the entrance to the place had piles of dirt and bugs all around it. Even the toilet was an old, oddly-shaped one. Then they say we’ll be charged a $75 cleaning fee, but our rooms won’t be cleaned or attended to in any way during our 6 night stay. You even have to bring dirty towels to the front in order to get new ones. Renting DVD’s costs money. There is no pool, let alone resort, slide-filled one, although it’s advertised. I honestly can’t picture a worse hotel; the pictures online are of the renovated units only. They stick all the RCI guests and the other unlucky ones in building 6 that was obviously last renovated back in 1950. Thankfully we got our money back and left.
