The stay was good. However we were told we get discount at several restaurants, by showing the room card. We went to the firehouse grill which was one of them. This was not honoured at the restaurant.

The hotel needs to be refreshed. They started to update the bathroom but it looks like more work is needed. On a positive note, the service was very good.

Went looking for a room for the night for my 10 year anniversary and got upgraded to a suite! Very clean overall and the room was perfect temperature The front desk staff were very pleasant. The bed and the pillows were so comfortable we slept through breakfast!

Great location close to harbor front walkway, whitespot and many other things! Great helpful and friendly customer service and very nice rooms.

I reserved the room online and did not even stay that's how bad this hotel was. It's not even a 2 star hotel. Greasy and outdated. I would not recommend anyone stay until they tear it down and rebuild it.
