Stayed here recently with my kids for the slide and the pool and hot tub. Would have been good except hot was and is out of service and the pool was drained for servicing. Bummer!! Good thing they had a game room. Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was decent. Hopefully they have the hot tub fixed soon :). Would stay here again IF everything was in order.

A very new hotel just beside the hwy. You can expect a three star hotel at its best conditions. But don't stay in rooms on the ground floor. There's a game room wide open near the middle of the building. Imagine how loud it can be. The whole floor can hear it. What a stupid idea!

Peter the GM, donated his time to present to a group of indigenous business students I was a part of. His passion for hospitality resonated and makes me feel confident to recommend staying at his resort. If my business ever brings me over to Nanaimo/Ladysmith I will be sure to have us stay with Peter and his team.

Was here for a girls hockey tournament. Room was clean, modern, and well-outfitted with a kitchenette. The girls loved the pool and waterslide as well as the PS4 off the lobby. Staff were helpful and positive. Location was central to where we needed to be. Would stay here again for sure. Free breakfast was sufficient, but nothing fancy. Good value overall.

Checked into late, great service staff at the front. Room is clean and free breakfast the next morning. Definitely staying there again if we are in the area next time
