This is an excellent hotel. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. The rooms are spacious with all kinds of amenities including kitchens and large beds and balconies. The free hot breakfast is amazing and the pool and fitness area are perfect. The hot cookies offered at check-in are an extra special touch! All Best Western hotels should be like this one.

We stayed in the Best Western Chemainus Plus @ Chemainus...great staff, great rooms, very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast offered many fresh items and was constantly restocked. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a slight problem with a closet door that went off the track and someone responded immediately (5 mins) Great location in this picturesque little town. After long days sightseeing it was a welcome place to return for the night.

Amazing hotel with a great staff. Great mineral water pool with hot tub. Fast internet. Easy to use laundry, fitness and office facilities. Great kitchenette in the room and beds/pillows were very comfortable. Joyce and Suzy are amazing employees at this hotel and are an asset to Best Western.

Easy to find when entering Chemainus. Everything worked well at check in. Lobby had coffee and cookies. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. I'd stay here again!

This is the second time that I have stayed here. The first time was good, this time it was perfect. The parking lot was spacious. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and courteous. The room was fantastic. I had a queen room with a balcony. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and well appointed. Check out was a breeze. I reccomend staying here.
