Our 1-night stay at this hotel was very comfortable. The hotel room was very clean and the staff were very professional. It was good value for the money. Initially we had some difficulty in locating the hotel using Google Maps. A breakfast voucher of $5 was given to have the breakfast in a very close-by restaurant. That restaurant didn't even include coffee in that voucher. Hopefully, the hotel would provide a free breakfast in the future. Overall, highly recommend this hotel and we would stay here again, if we visit Nelson in the future.

The hotel is located on the main street and very convenient to many restaurants and shops. It's also very comfortable with excellent staff. The suites are really nice if you need to spread out. The staff are excellent.

Really clean and nice staff. I love that they santize the remote. Our room was close to the main road, which can be bit noisy as trucks and motorcycles rev up to get on the highway.

Very comfortable beds and pillows. Hotel was always very clean. Staff was exceptional. Close to all amenities, everything was within walking distance. We used the guest laundry facilities and everything was clean and available.
