Cozy, clean, and quite. Great views of the lake, trolley, bridge and north shore. Friendly desk staff and housekeeping. We were warned the train would travel by once nightly by staff and that it may be noisy. It only last all of 15 - 20 seconds and was dead quite the rest of the night. I will stay here again for future visits.

We were in a town for a wedding and got to stay here for the night. For some reason we were put on a different floor then everyone and right beside the staff cleaning room, while the rest of the group was upstairs. Walls are half painted and the carpet in the hallway is stained. Really noisy, no sound profiling at all in the noisest end of the hallway. Would hear families and staff talking and doors being slammed all the time. Room was clean and staff was friendly. The bathroom tub would fill with water while showering so that was disgusting. If you come here DON'T stay in the accessible sweet it's terrible. Considering how much we paid for the room this was really terrible and disappointing. Wouldn't stay again.

I've stayed here a bunch of times. The hotel is an older building? But everything is maintained and fairly new. Constantly updating fixtures and paint. Beds are comfy, clean rooms, some amazing views. Service is impeccable. My go to in Nelson.

Booked for 4 nights, 2 adults and 2 small dogs, check-in was pleasant but not very informative. We were not told about the train that goes by in the middle of the night about 75 feet from the balcony. We found 1 pair of earplugs but had no idea why they were there. I guess we were to share them. We were not told about the breakfast voucher for their sister hotel down the road nor were told we could use the amenities there. The room was clean and had a nice view of the lake, park and mountains. We had to call the front desk to get coffee, had cups, sugar etc but no coffee. Not the best place to stay but o.k.

The hotel was clean, our room was nice. E had a great view of the lake from our balcony. The location was very convenient for us. There is a nice park a minute away and a mall with a grocery store, drug store and Walmart. Up the street was a convenience store, liquor store and a Starbucks.
