Hotel is new and clean. They kindly upgraded our room with our infant so we could be by my parents. The pool was nice however the hot tub was closed all weekend. The also offer an airport shuttle but said it was under "maintenance" when we tried to request it. Breakfast was great the 1st morning but the 2nd morning there was no food left at 8am. All the hot food was gone and we were informed there was no staff to cook anything.

Nice modern hotel. Fabulous rooms, comfortable beds, huge rooms - standard room included 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Very bright! Nice showers, great staff, fantastic all day coffee station with lattes, hot chocolate, caps et AL!! Breakfast was tremendous! Unfortunately hot tub out of order but still highly recommend!

Great hotel. Very new and nice. Awesome breakfast included with the stay, rooms are very large and roomy. Everything was clean and perfect for our stay. Near to the main highway through town, easy to access, lots of parking. I highly recommend and if I am ever back in FSJ I will be staying here!

Nice, new hotel. Can tell the staff is still getting used to the place (breakfast runs out sometimes, for example) but overall friendly and helpful. Comfy beds, pretty quiet rooms, nice bathrooms. Clean, modern hotel.

Beautiful and Comfortable Rooms. Staff rarely at front desk, hardly ever any help because you can't find them once you've checked in. Breakfast is a JOKE because there isn't any food after the first 10 customers. I asked if there would be more eggs and was told they would have some brought out immediately. 20 minutes later still no eggs and no breakfast meat. Good choices if your NOT into Bacon/Sausage and Eggs.
