Front desk service was smooth and friendly. Rooms are big and beds are decent. Some noise carries into the rooms from the hall but not a disturbance. Breakfast set up is good with wide variety.

One of the nicest places to stay in chetwynd. Hotel is very clean and well-maintained. Rooms are very nice, quiet and air-conditioned. Hotel staff are friendly and the breakfast is second to none in the area in terms of Hotel breakfast.

Prices are too high for what you actually get. The breakfast is good. Cleaning staff is helpful and awesome. Most of the front desk staff are friendly. The hot tub hardly ever works (I was at this location for around 4 months and the hot tub maybe worked 3 times). 2 washers (one only for small loads) and 2 dryers (one does not dry well at all) are only $2 /load. Every Wednesday they have customer appreciation night which is great but go early since the pizza / subs go quickly!

Nice clean rooms, clean pool and hot tub area, good breakfast in morning, good service. Really enjoyed my stay here.

Nice large rooms and friendly staff. Good wifi connection. Only complaints are that the outlet beside the desk in my room didn't work so I had to work from the business centre on the main floor (which is beside the noisey ice machine) and the tap water smell and tasted very off (could just be a local issue). Over all I would stay again and request a room where the outlet by the desk works.
