Stayed in very good room. Very hot out. A/c worked flawlessly. Had closet and iron. Fixtures were excellent and flawless. Good shower. With window.and blinds.closed room was a bit cool.when returning about 8 or 9pm. Owner very helpful, pleasant. Laundry room fine and fitness I never got to use. Would definitely return.

I recently stayed at the western traveller motel and was very impressed with the clean and spacious rooms, friendly service and great staff. The owner, Jun and his lovely wife take great pride in the care and maintenance of their business and were always available to answer any questions, provide recommendations of local places to visit and we're attentive to the needs of their guest. I would highly recommend this motel if you're planning on visiting or travelling through the area. Richard

The room itself is clean and I have no complaints there. However we were told we were getting a room with a kitchen but it only had a tiny fridge and a microwave. OK. ..no big deal. The owner is extremely rude. He locks the garbage bin and goes through your bags of garbage. He complains when you do laundry even though he is making $5 a load. We got a bit of jam on a cloth and so he said he should charge us for towels. We moved the BBQ closer to our room so a disabled friend could BBQ with us. Owner made a huge scene. He blamed our pets for any dog poop on the grass even though there were dozens of people with pets. His customer service was so bad we actually ended up leaving!!!

Clean beds, clean room, Kitchenet and bath were small but still usable. Room was a bit cold even with the thermostat turned up on high. But I like it that way so it was cool.
