The staff here is fantastic. I asked for an early check-in and was not only given that but they upgraded my room for no cost. Another friendly staff member allowed my friend to park her car in the lot overnight. Very accomodating within reason. Overall a great experience, and the location is perfect. Will definitely return.

Too expensive, small rooms, poor service This is basically a sleazy motel with some funky paint and free bike rentals. I had a "King room" to myself and I could barely move around in it. The TV was on the desk, so there was no room to do any real work. The bathroom reminded me of the chainsaw murder scene in Scarface. No towels in the bathroom when I arrived, I had to make a special request so I could take a shower. Tiny little parking spaces so it's impossible to open car doors without denting your neighbour's car. The "pool" is basically the size of a hot tub. Way too expensive for what it offers. Great downtown location, but the Delta and Prestige offer better value for money. I requested a phone call from the manager which I never received. Very disappointing experience. I will not be returning.

Hotel Zed is a very unique and we'll serviced motel. The building is an old motel that they renovated into its current state. The aesthetic is really memorable. The service staff were excellent. The rooms are a little small, but very comfortable and well furnished. Overall it was an excellent place to stay

Perfect location near downtown. Close walk to restaurant and bars. The staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely a quality place to stay while in town.

Incredible experience! This place was super chill and had a great nostalgic feel. Loved the retro vibes. Friendly staff and everything was walking distance from the hotel. A must stay in Kelowna.
