Breakfast is not very good. Waffle batter was very thin and the waffles did not cook well. I didn't eat mine. I watched a new batch being mixed. It was also very thin and watery. I've had much better at quite a few hotels.

Room was clean but toilet seat was broken and when we got there we found out our room was connected to next door, with one of our locks broken off. Food at restaurant was sub-par. The pool was nice but would have been nice had it been even somewhat heated. The only hotel I've heard of that charges $10 extra for a late check out ( 1 hr longer). House keeping kept trying to enter while my husband and daughter were in the room. Only had 1 waffle maker for all hotel guests. So making breakfast was near impossible without a long wait. Elevator was not working so even if only 2 floors, hard for elderly or disabled to get up to rooms with no notice of no working elevator.

My stay with my older sister was very nice. Comfortable bed. Had a great sleep surrounded by fluffy pillows! The plug ins were a bit weird of a set up yet figured out a good solution. Thank you

We spent 3 nights with the Super 8 in West Kelowna. We were greeted by friendly staff, the room was clean, there was a fire alarm that went off but it was handled professionally and as quick as they could (it wasn't their fault) the pool and pool area was clean and the hot tub was in good working order. Breakfast was good. Updated have been done and are continuing room by room. We would stay again.

Don't bother with this place. First of all, they messed up the reservation and wouldn't fix it. I was also made to pay before the error was revealed to me .There is no working elevator and no staff to assist with bags up the stairs. At first glance the room was nice, but we quickly saw that it was dirty. Used earplugs from another guest were found, the bed covers had blood and other mystery stains and disturbing crusty areas. We slept with a sheet only and the rest of the filthy bedding on the floor. The toilet was horribly stained, and the top drawer on the haunted dresser kept opening on its own. There were splatter stains all over the walls that clearly had never been wiped. The free breakfast was lame. I was offered better in the middle of nowhere in Nicaragua. There is no way I would ever stay here again.
