Absolutely loved it. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We had originally booked at 2 queens bed room but because we had children with us and a large room was not occupied, they upgraded us to a suite at no charge. We have stayed there a few times now and because of their generous hospitality, that will be the only place we will stay in Victoria from now on. Thank you so much!!!!

Room is nice. Heritage of Victorian times seems lost to me. No pool and probably not many rooms will have a nice view. Mine had view of tour bus and building across the way. Also parking is additional per night.

The customer service here was fantastic. The staff were very accommodating. Both the day and evening staff did their best to make this a pleasant stay. The manor has had some renovations but needs more yet. Very clean and great rates.

We went for afternoon tea. It came with a large assortment of small amounts of food. Overall I found it enjoyable. It was a very neat historical building adorned with some old historical framed photographs. The food was top notch for what it was.

The building is quite nice inside but there were a few issues while we were there. - keycards for access kept failing with a couple of times being stuck going into the underground parking without a way in. - noisy! Guest management is a bit weak and the noise happened many nights in a row. - in a room with 2 beds the beds are doubles (very small), coffee pot was tiny (barely 2 cups) and the fridge was miniscule. - service elevators can be slow, or not show up at all, or when they do you have to push a button again to open the doors. The upside, that keeps it from 1 star is the proximity to the museum, bay and parliament buildings around the old part of the city.
