My friends and I stayed at the Flagstone overnight for a hiking trip. There were a total of 4 of us and we booked a room with two king size beds. The front desk person was very helpful and very nice, and the room was clean and well furnished. The reason I gave it a 3/5 stars is because there was no hot water. I am not sure if it was just that morning, but it made the stay just a bit unpleasant.

The description is spot-on. Stayed there for a night before embarking on the Pacific NW trail, and unfussy rooms and service is exactly right. In fact, having arrived at night, I was amazed to see the view of the mountains the next morning; I’ve never been to a motel with such good views. Dunno about other rooms, but ours had a wash basin outside the washroom, which was a great touch cuz 4 of us were sharing the room, so it made it all the more easier to get ready in the morning. Only thing is, they claim to be 24x7 open but they weren’t super happy about us arriving at 1 AM. Neither were we but what can you do?

It was clean, beds where comfortable, economical. However ground floor units can hear everything above them, and it's on the 101 so there is a reasonable amount of road noise.

Not to shabby. Only 2 staff members I interacted with were pleasant. Very clean. Very spacious. Couldn't hear any noises from outside like some of the other comments mentioned. Though we play music to drown out background noise. All in all great stay.

Great place to stay on my road trip! The price, value, cleanliness, and comfort of the room is among the best you will find in town. The room I stayed in was large, clean, and comfortable. The room is nicely decorated and had a 42" flat screen TV. Very close to town and the port.
