Honestly. it is just a place to stay a night for a decent price. The rooms lack lighting, as do many rooms at hotels and motels. The continental breakfast is nothing fancy whatsoever, but it beats having to go out to pay for breakfast. The locations is nice. You can easily walk down the the beach when you want. The people that run this place are friendly enough and helpful enough. This place could easily earn a 5 star, if they were to add better lighting to their rooms and make their continental breakfast a bit better than it is.

Really clean rooms and area. Green space for dogs and kids. Location is great and so is the price.

Overall an amazing beautiful clean city. Great for tourists but not the best place for young people to be.

Checked out after fifteen minutes. Room was quite dark (not like photos at all), deadbolt was not operational in or out, daylight showed around side and bottom of door. Could hear traffic loudly from inside as it was raining and that amped up the noise. Tub needs refinishing, and the receipt as well as documents in the room stated "not responsible for lost or stolen items" one even stated to take all valuables with you from the room. The tip envelope on the table was over the top. Went to another motel of same price and felt much safer there alone. Same address, I checked twice!

The continental breakfast had much to be desired. Hair dryer, kettle, large stove element and bathroom fan in need of repair. Kitchen window screen could use a clean for sure. You get what you pay for I suppose as it was relatively inexpensive.
