Great hotel, rooms and the beds were very comfortable. Ample parking and lighting. The only negative compared to other locations is it does not offer a free complimentary breakfast. There is a small restaurant/cafe on sight which you can get food from. I got there standard breakfast and it was okay. For the price I should have just gone done the road to Denny's or another place as more value for the money. It's a little pricey compared to other food locations in the area.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions on where to dine. Nice and clean room with good work space as I was on a business trip. I would stay again.

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. Hotel is nice. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. I do recommend staying here, whether it’s over night, or for longer stays.

Staff were very friendly and informative of the area. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. They have a pool with a waterside. I would definitely stay here again.

The Best Western Hotel in Cranbrook BC is a comfortable , pleasant, clean place to stay in the very beautiful surroundings of the Kooteny. It's close to amenities and centrally located. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the restaurant meals are exquisitely prepared. I take my hat off to the cook/chef! I whole-heartedly recommend this hotel and location to my family, friends and business acquaintances. There is also a indoor swimming pool and water slide for the kids.
