If I could give this hotel less than 1 star I would. Our first night, as we walked in the room the smell was awful, there was soap scum on the counter of the sink, paper from the bar soap was on the bathroom floor and someone else's shoes were still in the room. Front desk assured us the room had been cleaned. The next day we came back to our room after being gone all day - our door was open! The soap scum was still on the sink counter and we only had one bath towel. Front desk response: "sometimes housekeeping misses things". Internet service was horrible to non-existent. We checked out two days earlier and found a different hotel. Don't waste your money.

The smoking room is large and cute but could have used some febreeze. Good sized fridge, microwave, coffee maker and safe. Place to sit for continental breakfast and friendly staff.

The room was pretty standard but the host brilliantly honored my request that we be put in the quietest spot. I would definitely recommend Quality Inn to other people.

Nice rooms. Affordable rates. Great location! Close to shopping, dining, and casinos!

Lost my ring in the room. Went searching for it and room was filthy. There was trash and dust behind the bed, desk , and trash under the heating vent. The heating vent was filthy as well. The shower was slippery as heck, it wouldn't be hard to add a mat to the shower. When we checked in the front desk lady was less then thrilled to see us, people smoked in the hallway.. so much for a non smoking room. Side door that should have been locked was not locked at all. Also the price was more then advertised and given to us. Will not be stopping here ever again. Such a huge disappointment all the way around.
