Average hotel. Nothing fancy. It’s good that breakfast is included in the price of our stay. Breakfast was good except for the scrambled eggs. It was soggy and bland. The staff at the hotel were for most of the part friendly. The woman that I was talking to over the phone kept yelling and saying that she could not hear me due to bad reception... Well what do you expect? We’re in the Rockies. We were also disappointed that the hot tub was out of service. However, if you’re not too picky and you just need a place to stay, definitely come here. It’s 15 minutes away from Radium Hot Springs. Plus I managed to book this through Air Miles!

Very friendly staff. Was great that they allow dogs. Rooms are clean. Price was expensive but it is peak summer season. Allowed us to have late check out as well which is nice.

Pros: Central location Friendly front desk staff Clean comfortable room Well functioning AC Cons: Poor value for money Hot tub not functioning (called the hotel the night before my reservation...if the hot tub is not functioning you need to inform me on the phone as that was the main reason for me choosing this hotel over others in the local area) Poor cable TV service (super basic cable with few options) Can hear everything going on above me (on second floor of 3 story hotel) Overall for $190 a night, there are several other options available in the local area, avoid the Best Western! Sorry!

If I could give this hotel minus stars i would!! There was used soap in our bathroom and the shampoo and conditioner were empty, which makes me think that the bathroom wasn't cleaned. The geniuses at this hotel put a couple with dogs in the room above us, there dogs ran around all night and made so much noise my children barely slept. There were stains on the walls and the door stops were smashed into pieces and parts of the carpet coming up. The real cherry on the cake was when we got up in the morning and my daughter went to the bathroom she told me there was water falling on her, the ceiling was leaking toilet water on her while she went to the bathroom. They said they were dealing with it and then i had toilet water leak on my head. The people at the front desk were useless and just dismissed everything we said. I will never return to this hotel!!
