While the staff is amazing and the hot pools are great. The Pine Inn rooms leave little to be desired. There is no air conditioning in the rooms and no fridge or microwave. When we arrived there was also a boil water advisory. When you are so cut off from the rest of the world I would have expected at least a fridge to keep water cold and snacks fresh.

Great place for a summer vacation. Big rooms, complete kitchen. Nice pools and hot tubs. Got everything in the village. Great hikes and bike rides.

Wonderful place. Location is perfect and very close to all amenities. Room was clean and very comfortable. Will stay again for sure.

Pine Inn, rooms have no AC and poor wi-fi, so so service and only 2 pillows in a bed. Budget hotel room but priced like a 4 star. At 110$/night, you'd expect more. Amenities are nice but not worth the premium for motel 6 like rooms.

The room was dated, which I generally don't mind, but there's a few easy improvements which would've made it better. The bed frames were squeaky, so every time I rolled over, squeak squeak. The pillows aren't quite big enough to prop up against the bed frame, which you couldn't lean against without a pillow. Another light in the entry way would've made things much easier to see. My biggest issue was the noise. There's a bar in the building and there was loud bass-y music till 2am. Then all the drunks wandered out to find their rooms. Obviously the hotel can't control individual guests and there noise they make but maybe some signage would help? Or doors with a softer close? Some of us actually want to wake up and hit the hill at a reasonable time. I should also note that neither ice machine in the building worked, so I had to go to the bar to request ice twice. The first time was fine, the second time the person gave me a bit of attitude like I was causing them a big inconvenience. Location to the actual hill is great, just a short walk to the lift from the front of the hotel. Ski lockers could've been a little bigger. I was barely able to get skis and a snowboard in there. I'd think that it should be easy to fit two sets of equipment in.
