We absolutely loved our stay. The staff was great the room was awesome and the breakfast was better then we've had before. Our family usually stays in hotel 11 days out of a year and we stayed at the Best Western plus 3 days these days being our first time with this hotel. We had the best stay at this hotel and we recommend it to any family. Thank you.

One of the best hotel stays we have every experienced. Great front end staff , amenities , and breakfast! Professional staff provided directions for our stay in Kamloops and pointed out places to visit for our children. The suite was beautifully appointed with a large modern washroom and well laid out room, including LED tv for the kids and spacious room for us parents!

Nice hotel, near amenities. Clean comfortable rooms. Could of done with a little better lighting in bathroom. But would definitely recommend to travelers staying in the Kamloops area. Breakfast is good, rooms are comfortable and staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Pool was extremely clean breakfast was fresh and really good. Room was dead quiet couldn’t hear other guests. Great night sleep for us and our 21 month old.

I had an unexpected drive to Vancouver Island following a flight cancellation during a bad weather event. My arrival into Kamloops was quite late and the staff at the front desk were wonderful. I was exhausted. The staff were very efficient and I was upgraded to a beautifully accommodated suite. I could only stay a few hours in order to make my commitments the following day, but the room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable I was able to fall immediately to sleep. I left refreshed 7 hours later before breakfast was served, and the same staff member made sure I left with a snack bag and a coffee for the rest of my road trip. I highly recommend the Best Western in Kamloops to my friends and business partners both for the accommodations and the service. I will certainly stay for longer in the future.
