I've been staying here for business off & on for about 15 years now twice a month...do the math. It used to great, however the past couple of years it's been going down hill. The room I had this week was with out a doubt the most disgusting room ever. I called to request a different room & was told "I am too busy with a customer right now". It was late & I had no choice but to stay in that room. So I must tell all my colleagues not to waist money here & I will never return. Sad thing is, another HI is opening up a block away. They will finally see a drop in business. Absolutely disappointing.

Rooms were clean and very adequate. Check-in and out was seamless. Breakfast was provided. It's pretty standard fare. Scrambled eggs, turkey sausage , pork sausage toast, cereal, juices etc. No bacon though!! They have a pool with waterslides. The kids really enjoyed themselves in the pool. The fitness center is small. Treadmill, Elliptical and bike. Small selection of free weights and only enough room for one person to do weights at any one time.

I've stayed here multiple times now with my volleyball team. They do a great job with the whole booking process. The staff are helpful and organized. Breakfast is made hot everyday, and they allow you to take fruit and pastries to go. There are a variety of rooms here including 1 bedroom suites to host larger families and rooms with two queen bed.

Pretty standard hotel. Everything seemed clean. One problem was that it is still listed as a Holiday Inn Express online and on Google maps and it actually is a Wynn gate now? Just a little confusing looking for it.

Good hotel with surprising water slide that kids loved. Bathroom upgrades will be good.
