Our room was clean, large and comfortable with upgraded amenities. The bed was comfy and the linens, pillows and towels were of good quality. The casino was smaller but didn't feel that way. Lots of the games we like. Employees throughout our stay were helpful, friendly and dressed professionally.

First time staying at this location and it was nice. We got a Riverview room and it was fine. The train goes by quite frequently, but it didn't bother us. The Canada geese also fly through on their way south, which was nice. The only downside to this location is the smoke smell in the common areas and the strong potpourri smells to try and mask the smoke. It's the price you pay for having a casino in the lobby. That being said, we visited the casino and had good luck. It was an enjoyable, overnight stay. The staff were awesome.

We stayed in a suite, it was very clean and beautiful. The balcony had a great view of the river! The front desk staff were great, friendly and very helpful! With that...the casino was disappointing! Unless you are a smoker, the runner never made it in the non smoking room, for drinks, on the night shift...and over all the staff were not very friendly. Anytime I asked a question, no one new the answers and I felt like I was putting them out!

So I'm Reading the reviews and wondering why they are so positive... I mean the room in the lodge side are clean and comfortable, but my room has a funky smell of animal (cat) urine! The staff brought in some mango spray, did not help! Cant wait to get out of here! the shower is so soft it takes forever to rinse! To turn on the shower its behind a glass door, so your blasted with cold water before you even are ready to enter the shower. The toilet shower room is so small you cant even properly dry off, very poor design! The room echoes. But to be honest I have stay in much better hotels for way less money!

Great casino. Good staff, smoking is frowned upon in the non smoking section though :'(. So that was a big balloon popper. All in all though, great casino/hotel. I'll be back every chance I get.
