Absolutely love this place, we were so surprised at the cleanliness and size of the room. Loved the amenities, although no hot tub, but the dry sauna was great. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great. Great location, we will be back. Thanks guys.

I was quoted a rate and sent a confirmation and invoice, 10 minutes later I was called and told that the rate is actually a lot higher so I cancel. I get home and check my emails to see that the lower rate was sent in another email stating that the lower rate was correct now. So I call back to book the room, which I was then told they are now sold out of. The guy then tries to make out like its my fault for not checking there site for the rates even though they already sent me 2 invoices with the lower stated after booking with them on the phone! Bad customer service. ***Additional*** After reading the owners remarks back to me, I felt I should expand on this review. I tried to discuss the issue on the phone but was cut off repeatably in the conversation. If the owner would like, I can post the confirmation emails sent to me with the rates they confirmed by invoice and email and then I can post the revised higher rate they wanted to charge even after TWO confirmations from them on the price they initially gave me and confirmed! They kept saying this was my issue to look up and know the black out dates and took no accountability for booking me before they checked THEIR blackout dates for this weekend. This reply only shows that they take no responsibility for their mistakes. Unbelievable.

Excellent location and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are big and the in we had overlooks the mountains. There were other rooms overlooking the courtyard. Their pool and fitness center is top notch. Breakfast was good tooand free parking makes this our go-to place in Gibson.

Nice little hotel! Good breakfast, but the location is a bit of a trek if you're travelling on foot or by bike. I give massive kudos to any cyclist that can make it up the hills to the hotel!

We have a great time at Gibsons Garden Hotel,it’s so much wonderful then we are thinking ,the price is good, beds are comfortable,very clean (Floor carpet bathroom bed and more!) We have happy time at Swimming pool and sauna ,with garden view on recliners, [pool is A bit deeper so if for kids have to prepare yourself for swimming ring !] Sports equipment is new,and different kinds. Beautiful garden with little fish. For breakfast!with Bacon Sausage and Eggs,(for this price this breakfast are good then other hotel!) Drink/ milk /bread/fruit,Clean & Many options. Friendly Hotel!, for baby crib have to change $20 but it’s clean! and new! Wonderful ,we are recommend !
