Terrible!! Horrible food, ridiculous price!! We stayed one night, and our supper was horrible. The steak was like chewing gum, and my six-year-old had one piece of pizza and wouldn't eat any more. Pizza. For a 6 year old boy? That never happens. I tried saying something to the waitress but she flat-out did not care. The next day I said something to the desk manager and he just said I'm sorry you had a bad experience. The room smelled moist, and was older with rust on the heating vents painted over. Patchwork in the walls Etc. Our bill for one night was over $300. What a total rip-off!

Beautiful view, clean rooms. However the towels for the pool are more like dish towels. Also the bottom of the pool floor is lifting. The hot tub also had a lot of questionable floaties. The breakfast buffet for the amount your paying is horrid. The sausages were decent. But the eggs are fake and from a package. They could provide better coffee. I would stay here solely for location and view.

Apparently booked a ‘one of a kind’ room, which means a door that doesn’t seal, you can see the outside through the crack in the door, outlets that don’t work, stains on lamp shades. Booked over a month ago and got the worst room they had. Went to ask them if they had anything else or had anything open up to let us know. They were rude and not apologetic at all, did not offer us a lower rate or anything (we are paying over $200, a night, for two nights) said they were fully booked and that they’d have someone come and apparently try to tape our unsealed door. This will be the worst $500 we will ever spend. Do not go here. **UPDATE I’ve had 3 hours of sleep because our ONE OF A KIND Room, is right underneath the stairs, and believe me, these walls are not sound proof. 😩

Decently priced. Nice to have a restaurant and bar in the hotel. Great view from the back side overlooking the mountains

Staff are so friendly and you see them always working hard. The hotel may not be modern but the kindness made up for it. They actually called our suite mid day asking if we needed anything because we missed room service.
