Hands down the best dorm experience I've had! Very quiet, extra clean & brilliant value! Right next to the river with a beautiful view - I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat!

Breakfast included and affordable all year around, relaxed atmosphere and friendly. Local businesses. Book direct. Enjoy Golden, BC. MT AMUNDSEN ...THE CANADIAN ROCKIE MOUNTAINS ... Play safe.

Bed was crippling. Room was boiling no way to control your own comfortable space temp wise as it is thermal heating. Tiny rooms. Ended up with huge bruise on my leg from bedframe. Ugly town and location. No food allowed in rooms. Not worth the price!

Gorgeous view and comfortable beds. Nice public lounge area by fire place. If only there had been hot water in shower and noise insulation between our room and loud people next door, it would have been perfect. "Cold continental" breakfast = cereal boxes milk and yogurt so don't get too excited. I wouldn't stay there again.

They didn't offer any last minute deals for showing up in the middle of the night, and I pretty much just slept and left, but it was a nice lodge atmosphere and quiet when I was there. I'm sure it was quite a unique situation when I was there, but it was a little cold due to pipes freezing because they use geothermal heat.
