My family and I had a fantastic stay! The staff was warm and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Checking in and out was a breeze, the rooms were clean and a nice size, and the breakfast my family had in the morning was amazing...it was a REAL breakfast. This is where we will be staying whenever we are in Golden. Thanks to all the staff😉👍🏻❤️

Great hotel stay, very clean room. Our highlight I would have to say was Caesar. An extremely pleasant man who worked the breakfast bar keeping it stocked, clean and organized. Very friendly and cared about your experience no matter the brevity of the stop. This hotel is very lucky to have such an outstanding employee! He also went over and above and gave my young daughter some cookies for the road. He truly cared.

Stayed here for a night in April and I had a wonderful experience! It was so easy to find as it's right off Highway 1. The staff were super friendly and knowledgable and gave me great recommendations for places to eat in Golden. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in a hotel room! The complimentary breakfast was also great! Last but DEFINITELY not the least, this hotel lives up to its name - the view of the mountains from my room were incredible. I will definitely be staying here again.

Hotel room and lobby were lovely. Breakfast by Cesar the best we’ve had at any BW. Desk clerk very pleasant. However, a concern we had regarding our bill was not addressed by the manager. He did not take the time to even listen to us and had the desk clerk provide his answer - No. when asked to speak to him he could not be found. It was a cowardly way to handle the situation.

Positives: The renovated lobby is beautifully done, and the front staff are friendly. The rooms are nice and beds are comfy. Check-in was easy considering I had a group of 26. Negatives: The hot buffet breakfast was less than stellar. The reviews I read when searching for a hotel ranted and raved about the breakfast, but I was not impressed. When I arrived at 7:45, all of the scrambled eggs and potatoes were gone. The chef was nowhere to be found. When he returned, there seemed to be no rush to restock the food. The door to the kitchen was open and I saw him pull a container of pre-made scrambled eggs from the microwave and stirring it before warming it up again. At that point, I was glad to have a toasted bagel.
