Very clean and nice facility. Exceptional customer service by Mildred who welcomed us and listened to our needs. The best western would not honor our reservation but she did. Thank you Mildred.

Great rooms as usual, no complains. Wish they could have gotten me a room facing the mountain range though. That will be a sight to wake to. Just a note of caution, if u came from the west, there is a time change and that might cause you to miss breakfast if you didnt adjust your phone.

Great location - one block off the highway. Very clean rooms and the continental breakfast was better than most I've had. No complaints.

Clean, new and very comfortable beds. Lots of options at breakfast. Location is right off the highway and next to a gas station but there was no impact within our room.

Stayed at the hotel on Saturday July 7th - booked ahead of time using Air Miles. The check in was OK. There is only one elevator though. I used the stairs as much as possible. As soon as we walked into our room, we were over powered by a smell of mildew. I opened the window as wide as it could go, even though there was screen. There was also a stain on the carpet near the TV and something that looked like a pen stain too. The foot stool was very stained also. The train tracks are couple blocks away, but we didn't hear them. Check out was quick, but was uncomfortable. They didn't ask me how our stay was...and I think it was the manager...he just hovered over his employee. No emotion at all. The only pros for this hotel - ample parking and next to a McDonalds. And the breakfast was OK. Would not stay again.
